Refund and Return Policy

At Cavo Dolos Marine Park, we want every guest to have an enjoyable, safe, and fair experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or changes may be issued.

1. Tour Cancellations (by Customer)

  • Full refund available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
  • No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

2. Tour Cancellations (by Us)

  • If we cancel the tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, you will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to reschedule your experience at no additional cost.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Underwater Photography & Digital Products

  • Digital photo purchases made after the experience are non-refundable, unless there is a technical issue (e.g. file corruption or failure to deliver).
  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the photos, please contact us within 3 days of receiving them, and we’ll review your case individually.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your tour (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 48 hours) may not be possible.
