Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • Advance booking is recommended due to limited daily availability.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or on-site cash (where applicable).
  • Tour pricing:
    • Adults: €20
    • Children: €10
  • Group or private bookings may be available upon request.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
  • If the tour is cancelled by us due to weather or safety concerns, guests will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Participation Requirements

  • Minimum age: 6 years old.
  • All participants must be able to swim and be in general good health.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests must follow all instructions provided by guides for safety.

4. Equipment & Safety

  • Snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins) is included and sanitized.
  • A mandatory safety briefing is provided before each session.
  • Life vests are available on request.
  • Entry to the marine enclosure is only allowed with a guide.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for marine life and other guests is expected at all times.
  • Do not touch, chase, or feed the fish or any sea life.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the experience without refund.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • Cavo Dolos Marine Park is not responsible for injuries or losses unless caused by staff negligence.
  • We recommend guests have personal travel or health insurance.

7. Photography & Media

  • Personal cameras are allowed, provided they do not interfere with the safety or enjoyment of others.
  • Underwater photography is available as an optional service during your experience.
  • Guests may request to purchase photos taken during their session. Availability may vary depending on conditions.

8. Changes to the Experience

  • We reserve the right to adjust tour schedules, routes, or group sizes due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
